An Intro of sorts

Hi everyone!

Every year we get a Finance & Communications co-President that says they are going to change the spaces used by students to identify with the Union, specifically the website and the Junior Common Room (JCR); during my time at SOAS it never happened. So instead of listing the excuses I will be making projects that will require you, the students, to get involved! Practically this means going into blog-mode with the website, getting rid of all unusable furniture in the JCR, ripping out and laying down the carpet ourselves and sharing plenty of cups of tea in between.

In celebration of this step forward I invite you to hop onto the 2222 Express – Coutesy of Brazil’s Minister of Culture from January 2003 – July 2008

This FinCom blog will have some writing that is available elsewhere (handbook, emails, press releases etc…) but will be ‘comment-able’ here. All critique is welcome, constructive or not, as is any support.
